Pricing
In order to ensure that camp is affordable for all and to help us cover our expenses, our board of directors came up with the three tier pricing scale for camp.
We ask your family to prayerfully consider what you can afford and pay the rate that best fits your family’s needs. If you need financial assistance we ask that you check with your parishes.
Full-Week Camps
1st Tier: $450 (Actual price of summer camp)
2nd Tier: $425 (First Discounted Rate)
3rd Tier: $400 (Second Discounted Rate)
Half-Week Camps
1st Tier: $275 (Actual price of summer camp)
2nd Tier: $250 (First Discounted Rate)
3rd Tier: $225 (Second Discounted Rate)
We strive to keep camp as affordable as possible and we do not wish money to be a barrier for any child to attend. The national average for a week long summer camp experience is now well over $700. Please know that we will do all that we can to keep this wonderful ministry available to all in our diocese. If you have questions, please feel free to contact our office.
How to register
Registration takes place through our online registration portal. We do still accept mail-in registrations, however online registration is preferred, faster, and guarantees your spot immediately.
Summer Camp registration opens on January 1 of each year and Christmas Camp Registration opens on October 1.
Online Registration
To register online, please follow the link below. Online registration does require a deposit of $50 to be paid by credit or debit card online. If you prefer another payment method, or if you are receiving scholarship or financial aid from your parish or other source, please contact the registrar prior to completing your registration.
mail in registration
To register via mail, please click the link of the camp you are wishing to attend below to download the registration forms and mail in the completed forms with a $50 check for deposit. If a camp is already full by the time your forms arrive, we will contact you over the phone.
